Spice Yard Loft Series. MODERN

Part of a much bigger warehouse transformation lead by ARG Design, this specific Airbnb project involved transforming 3 vacant lofts into unique Airbnb units. The clients sought distinct designs for each space, blending industrial elements with personalized aesthetics, which became the foundation of my involvement.

Series A - This loft was designed with a sleek, modern aesthetic, blending clean lines and minimalist elements. The black kitchen anchors the space, complemented by industrial shelving and understated decor to maintain the loft's original warehouse feel. The design focused on creating a functional yet stylish living space, with carefully chosen modern furnishings to ensure a seamless balance between form and function.

Series C - This loft combines modern and contemporary elements to create a harmonious blend of both styles. The black kitchen and industrial shelving provide a consistent framework, while the mix of decor styles adds character and versatility. Unique lighting fixtures and an eclectic selection of furnishings make this space stand out, offering a dynamic and personalized environment for its guests.

Series B - In this loft, a contemporary approach was taken, with a mix of bold geometric patterns and natural materials. The black kitchen serves as the focal point, with layered textures and a curated selection of decor adding warmth and depth. The shelving layout was adjusted to enhance the contemporary theme, and thoughtful lighting choices bring the space to life, offering a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. 

This apartment series consisted of 2 two-bedroom apartments that were part of a larger project to revitalize neglected spaces into Airbnb-ready units. The brief focused on creating a modern and sleek aesthetic, with each apartment designed to offer a unique yet cohesive experience for short-term guests. 

This compact two-bedroom apartment features a seamless blend of functionality and style. Furnished and decorated with clean-lined, modern pieces, the design maximizes the limited space while maintaining a cozy and inviting feel for guests. Thoughtful decor choices highlight the sleek, contemporary aesthetic requested by the clients.
